Conducting Internal Investigations and Documentation 

 

Public Charter Schools routinely have to conduct workplace investigations of employee and student grievances about inappropriate or unethical conduct, discrimination and harassment.   It is important that schools have mechanisms in place to ensure prompt and lawful investigations.  Please join Alison Davis and Kevin Kraham of Littler Mendelson, P.C. as they share best practices for preparing for an investigation, interviewing witnesses and preparing a report.
