DETAILS Concerns about sexual misconduct in the workplace have grown more acute following the recent wave of sexual harassment scandals. You don’t need to be a cable news network, a Hollywood production company, a casino mogul, a judge or a politician to feel the ripple effect from the upsurge of workplace sexual harassment awareness. Public Charter schools must be proactive in creating a harassment-free workplace. Join Alison Davis of Littler Mendelson for a session that will address strategies that are responsive to recent workplace dynamics, such as the #MeToo movement and the ongoing litany of high-profile accusations.
