TOPIC Identifying and building an equitable leadership pipeline

DETAILS Leaders must devote significant time, energy, and resources to build their muscle and that of others in using an equity lens. Part of this work involves building a leadership pipeline that is actively anti-racist. During this session, we will unpack common inequitable hiring and promotion selection practices in schools and help leaders identify talent that might otherwise be marginalized or overlooked.
